Digital Download (Online), Group, or Live Event Products
There are NO REFUNDS on any digital, membership, or live event products. You will receive access to the training platform for the time period stated in the product description at the time of purchase. For any access issues, contact our Customer Support at [email protected] during 9 AM – 6 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
Purchase of our training modules does not grant rights to share, reproduce, or resell the product. Legal action may be taken in the event of a breach. Digital access is considered delivered once the access email is sent. If you do not receive it within 5 calendar days, you must email us; failure to notify us within this period will be considered as full delivery.
Monthly subscriptions can be canceled by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation is effective in the month requested, and no refunds will be issued.
All sales are final.
Once digital access is granted, it is non-retrievable and non-refundable. To cancel an automatic renewal, email us in advance.
If you purchased a live event ticket and are unable to attend, no refund will be issued, though a credit for a future event may be considered at our discretion. This no refund/cancellation policy cannot be verbally modified and is strictly enforced. Cancelling or removing a payment method does not cancel your subscription. Delinquent accounts may be suspended, with the full contract value still owed.
Gift Certificates and Coupon Codes
Coupon codes and gift certificates are for single use and up to the stated value. Physical items follow standard refund policy. Digital products are non-refundable.
Publicity Release; Information Sharing
By attending any live event, you agree your presence may be recorded and used for promotional or commercial purposes in any format, without further notice or compensation. Attendance implies agreement to this waiver and release. You release us and affiliates from all claims related to this use. You also waive rights to royalties, compensation, or approval of use.
Claims must be arbitrated through the American Arbitration Association. Jurisdiction is Raleigh, North Carolina.
Payment Plans
If paying via a monthly plan, you are responsible for 100% of the agreed amount. Missed payments void the purchase and prior payments will be forfeited. For live events, payment must be completed 60 days prior to the event or your ticket will be forfeited and store credit issued.
Changes to the Terms
Use of our services is governed by the version of the Terms in effect at the time of use. We may modify these Terms or other policies without notice. The effective date of changes is noted below. Continued use after any updates constitutes agreement to those changes.
